Partner Agencies located in the complex include: The Brookings One-Stop Career Center, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services, SD Department of Social Services, Brookings Housing, and Brookings Community Health/WIC.

Located in the State Building Complex, the Brookings Area Career Learning Center works closely with SD Department of Labor to provide employment and training programs to benefit the individual and to meet the needs of local business and industry.
Individuals can access a wide variety of career planning and job seeking skills training as well as customized skills training and personal assistance.
